We are seeking Warehouse operators to support daily warehouse activities. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with physical tasks and working in a fast-moving environment.
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a General Labour– Multiple Shifts Available in Etobicoke in the Warehouse sector in ETOBICOKE, Ontario.
Join a fast-paced warehouse operation in Etobicoke as at Warehouse Operations Associate. This full-time role is ideal for dependable, hands-on individuals who enjoy physical work and being part of a collaborative team. You’ll play a key role in keeping inventory moving efficiently and safely while supporting daily distribution operations.
Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Receive, sort, and move inventory within the warehouse
Operate pallet jacks and standard warehouse equipment
Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant work areas

Requirements:

Lift and move items weighing up to 40–50 lbs
Perform standing and manual tasks for extended periods
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and teamwork
Bring previous warehouse experience as an asset but not required
Wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear
