Hands-On Field Service Technician – Loss Prevention & Retail Security Systems
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Field Service Tech III in the Retail Technology in Etobicoke, Ontario.
This role is ideal for a technically skilled Field Service Technician who enjoys working hands-on in retail environments. You will install, service, test and maintain loss prevention and security systems across assigned territories. Working independently onsite, you will diagnose issues, make real-time decisions, and ensure systems perform to the highest standards while supporting apprentices, technicians and contractors.
A day in the life:

Install, service and maintain loss prevention and security systems
Perform preventive maintenance and complete service and repair work orders
Travel within assigned regions to support installations and system servicing
Diagnose system issues onsite and implement effective technical solutions
Test and Tune our LP systems, assist engineering dept with requests

Successful candidates will have:

Bring at least three years of installation experience in retail environments
Demonstrate expertise with security cameras, POS systems, electrical and wireless devices
Show strong troubleshooting, mathematical and problem-solving skills
Work efficiently in fast-paced environments with strong organisation and attention to detail
Communicate professionally while delivering excellent customer service and leadership support
Experience with dustless concrete cutting and asphalt
Experience bending and running conduit

Total rewards:

$70000.00 - $75000.00 annually
