Customer Service Representative – Packaging Industry | Up to $65K
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Customer Service Rep in the Packaging Industry in Etobicoke, Ontario.
Our client in the Etobicoke area is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support operations within the packaging industry. This full-time, in-office role acts as a key point of contact between customers, sales, vendors and internal teams. If you enjoy order management, coordination and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role offers stability and growth.
A typical day:

Process customer orders and releases through internal systems
Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction
Purchase supplies and materials as required
Support the sales team with accurate and timely information
Coordinate with vendors, scheduling and shipping to meet delivery requirements

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Interpret written documents and order details accurately
Hold a high school diploma
Bring 1 year of corrugated experience or 3 years in a packaging environment
Work full time on-site with strong communication skills

Total rewards:

$65000.00 annually
Work a full-time Monday to Friday schedule
