Procurement Operations Specialist – SAP Ariba, Process Improvement & Stakeholder Support
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Procurement Analyst in the travel industry in a hybrid work environment in Dorval, Quebec. Join a dynamic procurement team supporting enterprise-wide purchasing operations and process improvements. This role combines procurement operations, stakeholder support, data analysis, and change management to ensure efficient sourcing and procure-to-pay processes. You'll leverage SAP Ariba, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, and help drive the transition toward best-in-class purchasing practices while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. A typical day:- Review and triage procurement requests to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitor purchasing transactions and resolve aging receipts, invoices, and purchase orders
- Develop procurement reports and communicate operational insights to stakeholders
- Support service delivery within established service level agreements
- Manage contract documentation and support sourcing activities alongside category managers
- Analyze procurement and invoicing data to identify trends and opportunities
Successful candidates will have:- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Demonstrate experience using procurement technologies, including SAP Ariba
- Apply strong analytical skills to procurement reporting and operational data analysis
- Support procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or procure-to-pay processes within a corporate environment
- Utilize AI productivity tools to improve efficiency and workflow execution
