Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Marketing Project Manager in the aviation and transportation sector in Dorval, Quebec.
We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Consultant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs and campaigns. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and help deliver impactful customer-focused marketing initiatives
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the execution of brand marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure marketing programs are delivered on schedule.
Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to coordinate campaign assets and project requirements.
Track project status, budgets, risks, and key milestones while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Maintain marketing calendars, project documentation, reports, and presentation materials.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, advertising, customer marketing, or project management.
Bilingual French/English is preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

What's in it for you:

$45.00 - $60.00 hourly
Contract: 12 months
Location: Toronto, ON or Dorval, QC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with 4 days per week in office
Full time hours, 40 a week
