As a Network Services Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational discipline behind essential network infrastructure. Responsibilities:

Process, validate, and code invoices accurately and on time
Reconcile invoices against contracts, inventory, and approved budgets
Identify discrepancies and work with vendors/Finance to resolve issues
Maintain real-time visibility on invoice status and backlog
Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
Ensure alignment between PRs, POs, and invoiced charges
Track actual spend vs. budget and support monthly financial reporting
Act as primary contact for vendor billing inquiries and maintain data consistency

Successful candidates will have:

3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or expense management
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in transactional work
Experience processing high volumes of invoices and financial data
Proficiency in SAP (Ariba preferred) and Excel
Solid understanding of procurement processes (PRs, POs, invoicing)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Effective communication skills for vendor and internal coordination
Bilingual (English/French)

Total compensation:

$53.00 hourly
