Senior Windows Endpoint Management Specialist – Modern Workplace | Hybrid Contract in Dorval
Agilus is recruiting for an Endpoint Management Specialist – Windows Devices in the travel industry in a hybrid work environment in Dorval, Quebec.
This contract role supports enterprise-wide Windows endpoint operations within a large, complex environment. You’ll focus on device configuration, policy management, software deployment, patching, and lifecycle support across modern endpoint platforms. Working alongside internal teams and support partners, you’ll help ensure reliable, secure, and well-governed Windows devices while contributing to ongoing operational improvements and platform stability.
A typical day:

Support Windows endpoint configuration and policy management
Administer Intune and SCCM for software deployment and patching
Troubleshoot endpoint issues across enterprise environments
Perform device lifecycle and steady-state operations support
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party support partners
Maintain secure and compliant endpoint configurations
Assist with platform administration and operational enhancements

Requirements:

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Windows endpoint management
Show strong working knowledge of Intune and SCCM
Apply experience supporting large enterprise device environments
Troubleshoot Windows OS and endpoint-related issues effectively
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
Follow security, governance, and compliance best practices
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Soft skills:

Strong communication skills
Ability to work with technical and non technical team members
Proven experience with hitting the ground running

Total rewards:

$75.00 - $90.00 hourly
Work on a high-visibility enterprise endpoint environment

Support long-term operational stability and improvement initiatives

Contract duration from May to December 31
