Inside Sales Representative – Industrial & Fire Protection Products | Delta, BC
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Inside Sales Rep in the Industrial Distribution Sector in Delta, British Columbia.
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support and grow a strong customer base in Delta and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with experience in industrial products, pipe, valves and fittings, or fire protection. Acting as a key customer contact, you will manage orders, quotations, and delivery coordination while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
A typical day:

Process sales orders accurately via phone, email, fax, and sales representatives
Resolve customer inquiries by coordinating with sales, warehouse, credit, and purchasing teams
Prepare and manage quotations, pricing, and delivery coordination
Promote complementary and alternative products to drive sales growth
Track direct shipments, returns, inventory support, and reporting requirements

Successful candidates will have:

Bring at least two years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a warehouse environment
Demonstrate knowledge of industrial pipe, fittings, plumbing, or fire protection products
Communicate clearly with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Work confidently with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based systems
Stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed in a fast-paced environment

Total rewards:

$63500.00 - $69000.00 annually
