Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Team Leader in the Retail Sector in Deer Lake, Newfoundland.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for experienced retail supervisors who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You will play a key role in driving store performance through strong merchandising execution, inventory replenishment, and team leadership. A typical day:

Lead daily store operations with a strong focus on merchandising standards
Oversee inventory replenishment and stock flow in a high-volume environment
Support and motivate retail team members to achieve performance goals
Organize daily priorities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
Maintain a safe, organized and customer-ready retail environment

Successful candidates will have:

Bring a minimum of 5 years’ retail experience including 2 years in a supervisory role
Demonstrate strong merchandising and inventory management expertise
Show flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required
Perform physically demanding tasks consistently throughout shifts
Communicate effectively and lead teams with confidence and professionalism
