Be the Team That Makes Events Happen – Late Night Crew Needed!
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Overnight Event Setups in the Event industry in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Event Production Technicians to support the setup, execution, and teardown of events across multiple venues. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and contributing to high-quality event experiences.
Total rewards:

$17.00 hourly
Weekly Pay + 4% vacation pay
Causal Night shifts 11pm start time
Shift timing can vary depending on needs
Requires reliable transportation (does not work with bus)

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and teardown of event equipment, including staging, lighting, furniture, and decor
Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials
Ensure all event spaces are set up according to client specifications and layouts
Follow direction from team leads and collaborate with crew members

Successful candidates will have:

Reliable transportation (buses do not work with the schedule)
Comfortable working as a on-call laborer
Be adaptable to last-minute changes, high-pressure situations, and fast-paced environments
Be able to work as a team
