Agilus is recruiting for a Contract Fleet Labourer in the Oil and Gas Sector in Christina Lake, Alberta. Job Title: Fleet Labourer
Employee Type: Contract - 12-month term
Reports to Heavy Equipment Technicians Total rewards:- $27.00 - $33.00 hourly
- This is a Fly-In, Fly-Out position, working on a 7&7 rotation (Wednesday - Wednesday), flying out of Calgary or Edmonton
- Christina Lake location
- 1 year contract
A typical day:- Washing of vehicles and equipment at the wash facility
- Vehicle and equipment servicing
- Pickup and delivery of vehicles
- Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs as directed by Fleet Heavy Equipment Technicians
- Report incidents, following up appropriately with corrective and preventative measures as required
- Working under the supervision of the Journeyperson Technician, this position will conduct maintenance and repairs on multiple parts and equipment, such as generators, trucks, front-end loaders, backhoe, man-lift, Light towers, compressors, etc
Successful candidates will have:- High School Diploma is required
- H2S Alive and Standard First Aid is required
- Minimum class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in all seasons, in extreme weather
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, repetitively
