Planner / Scheduler-Utilities

Planner/Scheduler wanted! Support major energy projects. Utilities or gas experience required. Drive schedules, manage milestones, and keep critical infrastructure on track.Agilus is recruiting for a Planner/Scheduler-Utilities in the energy infrastructure industry in a hybrid work environment in Chatham, Ontario. This is a 1-year contract
This role follows a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; remote Wednesday and Friday) and requires availability for rotating day, evening, weekend, and on-call shifts. A day in the life:- Issue and confirm natural gas flow requests for customers, suppliers, and interconnecting pipelines
- Validate daily natural gas flows across the company's transmission interconnects, storage facilities, and third-party pipelines
- Prepare accurate monthly activity statements used for customer invoicing
- Respond to inquiries from pipelines, suppliers, and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, agents, marketers, and interconnecting pipeline partners
You bring:- University or College degree preferred
- Accounting or Business background is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 2 or more years of scheduling/planning experience or comparable industry experience preferred
- Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Word, and web-based tools
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to information technology systems supporting GMS business processes (asset)
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

What's in it for you:- $25.00 - $26.00 hourly
