Operations Coordinator - 1 Year Contract

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Operations Coordinator - 1 Year Contract in the city of in Chatham, Ontario.
Support the day-to-day coordination of natural gas flow activities, customer transactions, and operational reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
A typical day:

Coordinate and confirm natural gas flow requests with customers, suppliers, and pipeline partners
Monitor and validate daily gas flow activity across multiple systems
Prepare and reconcile monthly operational and billing data
Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or operational issues
Maintain strong relationships with customers, marketers, agents, and pipeline partners
Support operational efficiency through accurate data management and reporting

Successful candidates will have:

College diploma or university degree
Min 2 years of previous scheduling, logistics, operations, or industry-related experience is considered an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

Total rewards:

$26.00 hourly
Hybrid work model: In-office Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; remote Wednesday & Friday
Schedule Requirement: Availability for rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and an on-call rotation. Sample shifts include 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and weekend coverage.
