Warehouse Pharmacy Associate

We are looking for an energetic pharmacy assistant to join our client's team in a temp position!!
Agilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Pharmacy Associate in the pharmacy space in Calgary, Alberta.
The Warehouse Associate receives, checks, stages and ships drugs, medical supplies and patient materials following the Standard Operating Procedures
Total rewards:

$20.00 hourly
Temporary position from June 15 to August 21
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (7.5 hours/day)
Location: NE, Calgary

A typical day:

Prepare and ship medication orders to patients from the shipping/receiving area
Verify orders and input shipment details into courier systems
Print labels and package shipments according to guidelines
Coordinate with couriers for daily pickups
Manage gel packs, including refrigeration and handling (lifting 45 lbs)
Maintain high accuracy when handling medication

Successful candidates will have:

Shipping/receiving experience required (pharmacy experience is an asset)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to learn multiple courier platforms
Able to lift up to 45 lbs
High School diploma
Flexible and adaptable
