Flexible Casual Opportunity: Warehouse Attendant for Industrial Site SupportAgilus is recruiting for a Warehouse Attendant - Casual in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta. Join a dynamic team as a Casual Warehouse Attendant, supporting material handling operations at an industrial refinery site. This role involves shipping, receiving, and issuing materials, along with maintaining accurate records and assisting with organizational projects. Responsibilities:- Receive and verify incoming materials against documentation
- Process receipts in CMMS (Maximo) and maintain accurate logs
- Label and organize materials in warehouse and satellite locations
- Ship materials with proper documentation (TDG, SDS, etc.)
- Issue materials for work orders and daily picks
- Maintain tool crib and assist with cycle counts
- Escort deliveries and prioritize urgent shipments
- Support organizational projects as required
Requirements:- Proficiency in CMMS systems (Maximo/SAP/JDE)
- TDG certification and WHMIS/GHS knowledge; Emergency First Aid Level C certification
- A flexible schedule and a desire to work in a casual capacity
- Industrial oil & gas experience preferred
- Ability to work in varying weather and terrain conditions
- Minimum 5 years of shipping/receiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
