Contract Travel Analyst – Aviation, Charter & Workforce Transportation Coordination
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Travel Analyst in the Energy / Oil & Gas Operations Support in Calgary, Alberta.

This role coordinates air and ground transportation, manages corporate and charter flight schedules, and ensures safe, efficient travel operations. Total rewards:

$31.00 - $37.00 hourly

A typical day:

Coordinate air and ground travel including corporate flights, charters, and bus services
Manage travel reservations and respond to high-volume email and phone requests
Support irregular operations and resolve travel disruptions efficiently
Schedule and optimise utilisation of corporate aircraft and charter services
Track flight and transportation data for reporting and utilisation analysis
Arrange logistics for site tours and special travel requirements
Ensure compliance with travel standards, safety protocols, and vendor agreements
Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver cost-effective solution

Successful candidates will have:

Post-secondary diploma in travel, logistics, or related field considered an asset
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills with database experience
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage high volumes of information and rapidly changing schedules
Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
Familiarity with travel booking or logistics systems such as Innfinity is an asset
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
