Responsibilities:- Manage procurement activities for projects and aftermarket orders
- Create and issue purchase orders for materials and equipment
- Expedite orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify specifications and materials
- Maintain accurate procurement records, schedules, and vendor communications
- Resolve supplier issues related to pricing, delivery, and quality
- Coordinate logistics, shipping, and transportation of materials
- Support inventory management and supply chain planning activities
Requirements:- Demonstrate experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
- Possess experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Exhibit strong communication and vendor management skills
- Show proficiency in expediting and logistics coordination
- Understand basic materials, fabrication concepts, or industrial components
- Use ERP systems, Excel, and procurement tools effectively
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently while contributing to a team setting
