Talent Acquisition Coordinator needed for 12-month contract in Calgary! Starting ASAP! $60K+
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the construction space in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
Our client is actively hiring for their internal recruitment team that are about to take on a large hiring project. Perfect person for this role has previous TA experience and is fluent with Workday.
Responsibilities:

Writing and posting job descriptions
Putting together job offers and updating templates
Scheduling candidate interviews
Processing reference checks through a third-party system
Assisting with sourcing and pre-screening
Handling the onboarding documentation

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Working experience with Workday and MS Office
Experience hiring in the construction industry or similar space
Experience with high-volume hiring

What's in it for you:

$60000.00 - $70000.00 annually
12-month contract with extension

Location: SW Calgary
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
