Supply Chain Contracts Administrator Role Open! - 2 month contract to start
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Supply Chain Contracts Administrator in the Energy Sector in Calgary, Alberta.
We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Contracts Administrator for a temporary 2-month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in contract administration, procurement, supply chain, or project controls who can quickly step into a busy environment and support critical supplier and contractor agreements.

A typical day:
  • Review and interpret contracts to identify key obligations, deliverables, and risk exposures
  • Monitor contractor and supplier compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Prepare and maintain contract deliverable trackers, logs, and documentation
  • Support contract amendments, change orders, renewals, and closeout activities
  • Investigate and resolve contract-related issues, claims, and discrepancies
  • Assist with invoice verification, cost tracking, accruals, and payment compliance
  • Participate in supplier negotiations and support cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution

You bring:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Contract Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Controls
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP creating and managing Purchase Orders, contract releases, amendments, and contract changes
  • Demonstrated post-award contract administration experience
  • Experience validating invoices against contracts, rates, purchase orders, and completed work
  • Experience handling contract issues, claims, disputes, and change management activities
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Additional Consideration given to:
  • Utilities, construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial sector experience is considered an asset
  • Experience creating work releases under Master Service Agreements is highly preferred
