Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Senior Payroll Analyst in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
We're working with our client to hire a Payroll Analyst for their team in a one-year contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll individual looking to work with an industry leader.
What's in it for you:

$36.00 - $43.00 hourly
T4 and Incorporated rates available
One-year contract
Full time in-office Monday to Friday
Downtown Calgary office

Responsibilities:

Preparing/processing payroll for employees across Canada (salary, fixed rate, and temporary)
Conducting audits of payroll data and working with external auditors
Preparing payroll reports (year-end tax forms)
Maintaining/updating payroll policies and procedures when needed
Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial laws
Updating payroll data

Requirements:

6+ years of payroll experience running in-house payroll
Payroll designation or certification highly preferred
Experience with multi-provincial and multi-cycle payroll
Experience with large ERP payroll systems (SAP or SuccessFactors preferred)
Advanced user of MS Excel
