Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
We're working with our client who are actively hiring a permanent Manager for their financial planning and analysis department. This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for a seasoned finance professional who wants to shape how a global organization sees and understands its financial performance.
Responsibilities:

Lead monthly regional and consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Oversee financial consolidation and planning systems and related reporting processes
Ensure accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls are applied consistently across the business
Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, including materials for senior leadership, the Board, and the Audit Committee
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team while driving continuous improvement

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting in multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency
Professional accounting designation
Experience leading a small to medium size team
Fluency with ERP systems like SAP
Experience with high-volume financial reporting
