Agilus is recruiting for a SAP PP Functional Analyst in the manufacturing industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
This role is part of the SAP Operations/IT Business System team and is responsible for all SAP processes and system modules that support business operations. This role requires skills in business analysis, process design, system solutioning, implementation, and sustainment of SAP solutions to help Precision achieve its High Performance / High Value goals. This role will be heavily focused on ongoing improvements, expansion initiatives, as well as monthly releases and production support.
Total rewards:

$140000.00 annually
Up to 15% STIP.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary support for SAP Manufacturing (Production Planning), SAP Enterprise Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) and/or Contract-to-Billing (Sales & Distribution) modules within SAP S/4HANA.
Serve as subject matter expert for SAP Production Planning and related operations functions, ensuring integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.) and technical areas (Fiori, ABAP, Security, Reporting).
Perform application configuration, requirement analysis, fit/gap assessments, and prepare functional specifications; lead workshops and communicate technical capabilities to business teams.
Build strong relationships with business process owners and IT teams; align projects through regular meetings and support change management with documentation, training, and job aids.
Identify process improvement opportunities, manage security access requirements, and utilize project management and process improvement expertise to optimize resources and deliver solutions.

Successful candidates will have:

8+ years SAP Functional Analyst experience, with 3+ full lifecycle implementations (S/4HANA is a differentiator).
Deep SAP PP capability (configuration + business process ownership) with real manufacturing operations context.
Plant Maintenance (PM)/EAM exposure is strongly preferred (meeting emphasized PP + PM as key; JD includes EAM/PM as a core module area supported.
S/4HANA implementation experience (JD prefers it; meeting calls it out specifically).
Strong cross-module integration mindset (MM, SD, FI, and working effectively with technical teams like ABAP/Fiori/security/reporting).
Service orientation + communication: translates technical solutioning into business language and can run workshops, documentation, training, and change management.
Has led workshops, fit-gap, and written functional specs, and can partner effectively with both business and technical teams.
Manufacturing background strongly preferred; oil & gas is relevant in this environment.
