Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a SAP Fieldglass Functional Lead in the energy sector in Calgary, Alberta.
Seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Functional Lead to drive future-state design, standardization, and implementation leadership for a major enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Responsibilities:

Lead the SAP Fieldglass workstream within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, partnering with business stakeholders and Deloitte to design and deliver future-state contingent workforce management processes.
Drive standardization and a clean-core approach by reducing unnecessary customizations, leveraging SAP Fieldglass best practices, and guiding the business toward scalable, sustainable solutions.
Lead functional design and workshops, gathering requirements, facilitating decision-making, and defining future-state contractor and contingent workforce management processes.
Improve key integrations and business processes, including SAP Fieldglass integration with S/4HANA, Workday, and financial systems, while helping resolve invoice processing, data synchronization, and operational challenges.
Act as a senior functional leader and trusted advisor, managing complex stakeholder relationships, balancing competing business requirements, and providing lessons learned from previous SAP Fieldglass implementations to support successful program delivery.

Requirements:

7+ years of SAP experience, including strong hands-on expertise with SAP Fieldglass configuration, implementation, and support.
Strong functional leadership and design experience, including leading workshops, gathering business requirements, facilitating design decisions, and delivering future-state solutions.
Experience with large-scale SAP transformation programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a solid understanding of integration dependencies and end-to-end business processes.
Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
Deep understanding of contingent workforce management, including contractor onboarding, supplier management, timesheets, invoicing, and related workforce processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects and related SAP solutions such as Ariba, SuccessFactors, or Concur.
Knowledge of contractor compliance requirements, data migration, and SAP best practices.

Total rewards:

$90.00 - $100.00 hourly
12-month contract
Location: downtown Calgary
Monday to Friday, full time hours
