Receptionist needed in downtown Calgary for temporary coverage in April!
Agilus is recruiting for a Receptionist in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
Our client is needing some short term coverage for their reception desk in their downtown office. Perfect person for this role has previous reception experience, fluency with MS Office, and is available for the full duration of the coverage.

What's in it for you:
  • $21.00 - $24.00 hourly
  • Coverage duration: April 13th to April 24th
  • Training provided
  • Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm
  • Location: downtown Calgary

Responsibilities:
  • Sorting mail in the mail room and coordinating with couriers
  • Answering phones and directing calls at the front desk
  • Greeting incoming clients
  • Filing, data entry, and faxing
  • Helping to set up and take down meetings

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience working as a Receptionist or handling front desk duties
  • Available for the full duration of the coverage
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Fluency with MS Office
