Agilus is recruiting for a Receptionist in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta.
Our client is looking for some temporary administrative help over the next two months. This person will be seated at their front desk, helping with a variety of different administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the front desk; answering phones, customer service, greeting staff and clients
  • Organizing and managing the filing system
  • Assisting supervisors with proofreading, documentation management, and correspondence
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Running reports, handling data entry, and scanning

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience working as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong fluency with MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Available for the full duration of the contract

  • $21.00 hourly
  • Contract duration: December 15th to January 14th
  • Location: downtown Calgary
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
