Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Oil & Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta. Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in tank and facility piping design to step into a critical role supporting approximately $10M in active projects. 6-12 month contract in Calgary. What's in it for you:- $85.00 - $110.00 hourly
- Contract role with possible extension
- Ability to use Incorporated Company
Responsibilities:- Take over and manage multiple ongoing projects (approx. $10M total value) with minimal ramp-up time
- Lead project execution from current phase through to completion, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met
- Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams
- Oversee tank and facility piping design activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Review and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Successful candidates will have:- Project Management experience in engineering, EPC, or industrial environments
- Proven experience with tank design and/or facility piping systems
- Mechanical Engineering background strongly preferred (degree or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable taking over mid-stream projects and stabilizing delivery
- Looking for someone hands-on, not purely administrative PM
- Be able to quickly understand existing designs and project status, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
