Project Manager / Business Analyst

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager/Business Analyst in the Utilities in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
The Project Manager/Business Analyst supports Project Fusion by enabling effective coordination across the Procure to Pay Business Workstream. This role focuses on organizing, tracking, and advancing work activities to ensure tasks are visible, followed up, and completed, as per the project schedule.
Responsibilities:

Support the Procure to Pay team by providing visibility and tracking of upcoming tasks
Engage project team members to identify business resources needed to complete tasks and reach objectives
Support maintenance of the P2P schedule by tracking detailed task progress and highlighting gaps
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress
Capture decisions, actions, and commitments, and maintain accurate follow-up records

Successful candidates will have:

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software or digital applications.

$120.00 - $140.00 hourly
1 year contract
Incorporated Payroll
4 days in office model

Further additional qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an asset.
