Join a leading energy project team as a Project Expeditor, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment for large-scale industrial projects. You’ll monitor supplier progress, manage schedules, and coordinate across teams to keep projects on track. Total rewards:- $67.00 - $75.00 hourly

Responsibilities:- Monitor supplier progress on purchase orders
- Track and manage vendor schedules to prevent delays
- Maintain clear communication with suppliers and internal teams
- Validate delivery status and prepare expediting reports
- Identify and resolve issues promptly with corrective actions
- Coordinate inspections and manage non-conformance reports
- Facilitate logistics and ensure export documentation compliance
- Assist with purchase order closure and shortage resolution
Requirements:- 15+ years of experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain
- Background in EPC, oil & gas, mining, or large industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of procurement and quality management principles
- Proficiency with expediting tools and production schedules
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel and work on-site as needed
- Skilled in reporting and documentation processes
- Strong interpersonal skills for vendor relationship management
