Procure-To-Pay Analyst - 1 Year Contract

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Procure-To-Pay Analyst in the city of in Calgary, Alberta.
We are seeking a seasoned P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Advisor to support our client with a large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation. Acting as a trusted business advisor, you will partner with stakeholders to optimize P2P processes, guide solution design decisions, support testing and readiness activities, and help ensure successful adoption of future-state Oracle Fusion capabilities.
A typical day:

Advise business stakeholders on Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay best practices, capabilities, and process improvements.
Facilitate workshops and design discussions to align business requirements with future-state solutions.
Review solution designs, identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process standardization and automation.
Partner with System Integrators, Solution Architects, and project teams to support design governance and decision-making.
Provide end-to-end process education and knowledge transfer to business teams.
Support SIT/UAT activities by validating test scenarios, business process coverage, and expected outcomes.
Help drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption efforts.

Successful candidates will have:

10+ years of experience in Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, ERP delivery, or business transformation roles.
5+ years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes, including Procurement, Supplier Management, Receiving, Inventory, and Accounts Payable.
Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations and working with business stakeholders, System Integrators, and cross-functional teams.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, business process design, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

Total rewards:

$80.00 - $100.00 hourly
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and engagement type (T4 or Incorporated).
Hybrid work model – 4 days per week onsite
