Agilus is recruiting for a Process Engineer in the Oil and Gas Sector in Calgary, Alberta. Providing services to Midstream to support safe, cost-effective, and timely execution of Operating Envelopes and Operations team interface services under new OEMS across Midstream Assets Total rewards:- $40.00 - $50.00 hourly
- 7 Months Contract position
A typical day:- Assesses/prepares calculations to support project / MOC evaluation and execution including, but not limited to: API2350 overfill protection, overpressure relief, PSV sizing, and surge protection.
- Engages with operations teams to ensure awareness and understanding of changes, and any new processes/equipment changes required to mitigate any identified risks, whilst also ensuring operations considerations are included in evaluating/delivering these changes successfully.
- Ensures all changes comply with (& industry) technical standards and support the development of Technical Deviation approvals if/as required.
- Leads Engineering/Operations Interface work and supports the efforts of the integrated team to deliver matured Operating Envelope tables and Operating Procedures identified.
- Evaluates/supports required changes from any impacts to facility siting, operating envelopes, safe operating limits, PHAs, PSI and corrosion control.
