Full-Time Process Designer – Industrial & HVAC Design Expertise (Calgary)Agilus is recruiting for a Process Designer in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta. Join a leading energy project team in Calgary as a Process Designer on a full-time contract. You’ll work on industrial process P&IDs and design in S3D, with the opportunity to contribute to HVAC schematics, layouts, and control narratives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with strong technical skills and experience in process and HVAC design. Total rewards:- $60.00 - $85.00 hourly

Responsibilities:- Develop and update industrial process P&IDs
- Design using Smart 3D (S3D) software
- Create HVAC P&IDs and schematics
- Prepare HVAC control narratives and equipment layouts
- Design ducting layouts for HVAC systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy
- Support steam generation and utilities projects
- Ensure compliance with project standards and specifications
Requirements:- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Process, or related engineering discipline
- Proven experience in process design and P&ID development
- Proficiency in Smart 3D (S3D) design software
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and layouts
- Ability to prepare HVAC control narratives
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in oil & gas or industrial projects preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
