Provide technical feedback and coordinate design refinements with EPCs and stakeholders.</li><li>• Review and assess topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, hydrology studies, and civil/structural designs, including site grading, drainage, access roads, foundations (shallow and deep), buildings, steel support structures, and platforms.</li><li>• Act as the project engineering lead, coordinating multidisciplinary design reviews (including electrical, SCADA, and protection systems) to ensure alignment in scope, performance, and design intent.</li><li>• Lead the specification and requisition of materials by reviewing vendor materials quotations, performing technical bid evaluations and providing recommendations based on technical merit. Collaborate with Supply Chain to procure material via internal tools.</li><li>• Support permitting and regulatory approval (e.g., ERCOT, FERC, NERC), by coordinating with EPC teams on engineering inputs and technical documentation required for permit applications and agency/third-party reviews (e.g., civil/site permits, environmental conditions of approval). Ensure EPC deliverables align with permit requirements and commitments.</li><li>• Accountable for the preparation of detailed engineering construction drawings within assigned area ensuring efficient and functional designs.
