OT Program Manager

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a OT Program Manager in the Utilities in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
Lead a portfolio supported by: 2 Project Managers 2 Business Analysts 1 Organizational Change Manager
Responsibilities:

SCADA Upgrades
ADMS Updgrades
DERMS Upgrades
Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, operations teams, engineering groups, cyber security, and technology partners.
Manage program roadmap, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, and executive communications.

Requirements:

10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
Significant experience delivering Operational Technology (OT) programs within utilities, energy, power generation, transmission, or distribution environments.
Proven experience managing large, multi-stream portfolios with several project managers and business resources reporting into the program.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and external system integrators.

Total rewards:

$120.00 hourly
120/hr
Hybrid Work Model
Incorporated Payroll

Further additional qualifications:

Utility industry experience (electric, gas, transmission, distribution, or renewable energy).
OT Cyber Security program delivery
Knowledge of NERC-CIP, ISA/IEC 62443, or other OT security frameworks.
