Organizational Change Manager

Contract opportunity, join a high-profile ERP transformation initiative as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional.
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Organizational Change Manager in the city of in Calgary, Alberta.
In this role, you will lead change strategies, partner with key stakeholders, and drive successful adoption and sustainment across the organization.
Total rewards:

$90.00 - $124.00 hourly
Hybrid work model: Work from home Wednesdays and Fridays; in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
Standard 40-hour work week
Valid passport, some travel to Houston may be required
Contract opportunity from July 2026 to December 31, 2026

A typical day:

Lead change management strategy and execution for ERP/EAM transformation initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder, readiness, and change impact assessments.
Develop and deliver communication, learning, sponsorship, and adoption plans.
Coach leaders and project teams on change leadership and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor adoption, manage risks and resistance, and support long-term sustainment.
Partner with teams, HR, and business leaders to deliver integrated change solutions.

Successful candidates will have:

Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree is an asset.
Minimum 15 years of experience leading complex organizational transformation and change initiatives. Proven ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations and business functions
Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environments; SAP S/4HANA experience is an asset.
Prosci or similar change management certification preferred.
