Organizational Change Management Advisor

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Organizational Change Management Advisor in the Oil and Gas Sector in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta.
This is a one-year contract position.
A day in the life:

Assess how changes will impact teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Analyze data and feedback to identify impacts, risks, and areas for improvement.
Identify key stakeholders and assess readiness for change, including potential barriers.
Support the development and distribution of clear, targeted change communications.
Coordinate training schedules, materials, attendance, and feedback with project and training teams.
Maintain change management documentation, including plans, impact assessments, and progress reports.
Track and report on change metrics, adoption rates, training effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with the OCM Lead to implement change management strategies and improve processes.

The successful candidate brings:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in organizational change management, project support, or a related field.
Basic understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize and present information clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); experience with change management tools or software is an asset.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Soft skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

4 days in office, 1 day work from home (WFH)
