Early Morning Order Picker – Clean, Safe, Team-Focused Warehouse | Full-Time Opportunity
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for several Order pickers in the Supply Chain sector in Calgary, Alberta.
Join a team-oriented warehouse in North East Calgary as an Operations Team Member (Order Picker). This is a physically active role in a clean, safe, and fast-paced environment where you’ll pick and build grocery orders with precision. Top performers have the opportunity to transition into permanent full-time employment after the assignment.
A typical day:

Pick and build customer orders manually in a fast-paced environment
Operate a motorized double pallet jack after completing training
Stack and wrap pallets up to 6–7 feet in height
Achieve productivity targets of 1,300–1,600 cases per shift
Handle dry and canned grocery products efficiently and safely

Successful candidates will have:

Demonstrate experience operating front rider or center rider electric pallet jacks
Possess previous case picking or warehouse order picking experience
Perform physically demanding work including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Commit to attending an onsite tour and full-time schedule

Total rewards:

$19.15 hourly
Receive training on motorized equipment and site procedures
Be part of a high-performance and supportive team
Work consistent Monday to Friday early morning shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Work in a clean, safe, and team-oriented warehouse environment
