Our client, a leading distribution operation serving major grocery retailers, is seeking motivated and physically fit individuals to join their team as Operations Team Members (Order Pickers). Successful candidates may be considered for permanent full-time employment following their temporary assignment.
Total rewards:

$17.00 hourly
Competitive hourly wage with weekly pay.
Opportunity for permanent full-time employment based on performance and attendance.
Comprehensive training on warehouse equipment, including motorized double pallet jacks.
Consistent Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend shifts required.

A typical day:

Accurately pick customer orders using a motorized double pallet jack (DPJ).
Build customer pallets according to order specifications while maintaining product integrity.
Hand-pick and stack grocery products including dry and canned goods such as rice, beans, nuts, pickles, and similar items.
Wrap and prepare completed pallets for shipment.
Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment as required.
Verify product quantities and accuracy before shipment.
Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have:

Previous experience operating a front rider/center rider or electric double pallet jack (DPJ).
Prior case-picking experience within a warehouse or distribution environment.
Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
A strong work ethic and desire to work in a physically demanding environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
