Network Analyst

Agilus is recruiting for a Network Analyst in the Oil and Gas in Calgary, Alberta.
As a Network Analyst (Intermediate to Senior level – Contract), you will apply strong technical and analytical skills to support and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. This role is suited to candidates who can operate independently with minimal direction, while also collaborating effectively within a team-based operational environment. You will contribute to day-to-day network stability, incident resolution, and project backfill support in a large, complex enterprise setting.
Responsibilities:

Install, administer, and support enterprise network systems and services
Provide break/fix support and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver technical support during critical outages and major network activities
Participate in managing the incident queue via the Remedy ticket management system
Ensure timely resolution of operational tickets with strong customer service engagement

Requirements:

6–10+ years of hands-on experience in a Network Analyst or Network Administrator role
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
