Agilus is recruiting for a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist in the engineering space in Calgary, Alberta.
We're working with our client to hire a Sales and Marketing Coordinator permanently for their business development team. The perfect person for this role has experience generating leads, updating websites, creating proposals and presentations, and also experienced with supporting a sales team.
What's in it for you:

Full time in-office, Monday to Friday
Office location: NE

Responsibilities:

Generating sales leads and sharing with the sales team
Updating the company website and LinkedIn page
Preparing technical sales proposals and client presentations
Assisting during the client presentation and negotiation stage by taking minutes/notes for the sales team
Updating the internal database with client information, pulling data for sales reports
Coordinating the creation of brochures and product sheets
Working on research projects and case studies for the sales team

Requirements:

3+ years of experience working in a technical sales team as a sales and marketing coordinator
Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or engineering
Experience updating websites and SEO management
Experience working on technical proposals and presentations
Fluency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
Experience generating sales leads
Industry experience needed: energy, engineering, or mining
