Lead Aerospace Sustainment Operations for a Critical Military Aviation Program
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Life-Cycle Sustainment Manager in the Aerospace & Defence industry in Calgary, Alberta.
This leadership role oversees life cycle sustainment activities supporting a major military aviation program. You will guide a multidisciplinary logistics team, manage sustainment workflows, and act as the central coordination point between engineering, operations, supply chain, and government stakeholders. Your work will directly support aircraft readiness through effective repair cycle management, logistics planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Lead daily task coordination and workload management for the sustainment team
Oversee repair cycle visibility and logistics deliverable execution
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain stakeholders
Monitor progress and escalate risks, constraints, or delays
Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement
Support hiring, onboarding, and team development activities
Maintain and improve sustainment processes, tools, and documentation
Participate in program cadence meetings and planning sessions

Requirements:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
Bring 5+ years of experience leading aerospace or defence sustainment teams
Possess 10+ years of hands on experience with aviation equipment
Demonstrate knowledge of logistics systems, ERP platforms, or inventory tools
Have experience with maintenance or sustainment information systems
Be eligible for Secret security clearance

Total rewards:

$120000.00 annually
