Junior Invoice Processing Clerk

Agilus is recruiting for a Junior Invoice Processing Clerk in the retail industry in Calgary, Alberta. The Junior Invoice Processing Clerk is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable team by accurately processing vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining proper documentation. Total rewards:- $21.00 hourly
- Contract position until May 8, 2026

- Location: SE, Calgary
- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday in office
A typical day:- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices in the accounting system
- Verify invoice details, including purchase orders, pricing, and approvals.
- Data entry, sorting and scanning invoices
- Managing and filing physical and electronic documentation
Successful candidates will have:- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- 1+ year of invoicing, AP, AR or accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in accounting or business administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and high attention to detail skills
