Human Resources Manager role now open in SE Calgary! Permanent opportunity to start in 2026!Agilus is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager in the manufacturing sector in Calgary, Alberta. We're working with our client to find them a fantastic HR Manager to join their team permanently. This person will be helping to create policies, handle employee relations, and act as the advisor to managers as well as oversee a team. The perfect person for this role is creative, organized, and looking for a long term opportunity with growth. What's in it for you:- 120K annually

Responsibilities:- Overseeing a team
- Acting as an advisor to managers and providing insights
- Workforce planning, overseeing staffing strategies
- Employee relations and investigations, performance management
- Creating and managing HR policies and best practices
- Updating the HRIS system
- Ensuring compliance to labor laws and safety regulations
Requirements:- 7+ years of human resources experience in the manufacturing, construction, retail, or industrial industries
- Experience leading HR teams
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experienced with HRIS systems
- Experience setting up new HR policies and processes
- Handled investigations or employee relations as an HR leader
- Experience working with a large company
