The Talent & Training Partner enables company growth by overseeing end-to-end recruitment, delivering impactful onboarding, and supporting learning and development initiatives. How you will make an impact:- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and operational positions
- Design and deliver structured onboarding experiences to support successful new-hire integration
- Develop, update, and maintain role-specific training documentation and learning resources
- Support the organization’s University programs and monitor training effectiveness and outcomes
- Collaborate with leaders to assess learning needs and enhance training impact
- Provide HR operational support, including reporting and compliance oversight
- Coordinate training schedules & certifications
You bring:- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in technical or sales-driven environments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
- Strong attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
