Join a FIFO REEF Project as a Field EHS Administrator | 14/7 Rotation | High-Impact Site Role
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Field EHS Advisor in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.
We are seeking a Field EHS Administrator to support a major project in a fly in–fly out environment. Reporting to the Project EHS Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring site safety compliance, supporting contractors, and maintaining critical EHS documentation and processes on an active construction site.
Total rewards:

$84.75 hourly
Work a 14 on / 7 off FIFO rotation on a major project
Competitive pay rate up to $84.75/hr (incorporated)
12-hour workdays with consistent scheduling

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate daily site headcount and sign-in/out records
Coordinate and deliver site-specific orientations and maintain records
Manage and update safety and communication boards
Verify competency and compliance of site personnel
Lead or participate in daily and weekly safety meetings
Receive, report, and initiate incident management processes
Support or lead incident investigations and follow-ups
Provide administrative and reporting support to the EHS team

Requirements:

Demonstrate experience in field-based EHS roles on construction or industrial sites
Possess strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Exhibit excellent organizational and administrative skills
Show ability to manage incident reporting and investigations
Communicate effectively with contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Display strong attention to detail and compliance tracking
Be able to work in a FIFO rotation and remote camp setting
Hold relevant safety certifications or training (preferred)
