Agilus is recruiting for a EHS Lead - Oil and Gas Projects in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.

Total rewards:

$73.00 - $85.00 hourly
Competitive hourly rate: $73/hour (T4) or $83–$85/hour (Incorporated)
Full-time contract with potential for multi-year extension

Responsibilities:

Lead EHS execution across multiple projects
Ensure consistency in safety standards and practices
Support project teams with EHS guidance and compliance
Develop and implement safety programs and initiatives
Monitor and report on EHS performance
Provide leadership in incident prevention and response
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement in EHS processes

Requirements:

NCSO or CRSP designation preferred (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in Oil & Gas
Proven leadership in EHS roles
Strong background in construction and project environments
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Commitment to fostering a safe work culture
