Agilus is recruiting for a Cooler Cleaner, Order Picker – Warehouse in the warehouse industry in in Calgary, Alberta.
This Warehouse Associate role combines cooler preparation and cleaning, ice pack handling, and order assembly in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll work hands-on with reusable shipping materials and order fulfillment processes, helping keep products moving safely and efficiently. If you enjoy physical work, consistent routines, and being part of a collaborative warehouse team, this role offers stable hours, clear expectations, and opportunities to build valuable logistics experience.
Total rewards:

$20.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

Clean, inspect, and prepare reusable coolers for redeployment
Remove labels, packaging materials, and gel packs from returned coolers
Sort, clean, and palletize gel packs for refreezing and reuse
Assemble customer orders by picking items into totes using voice or written instructions
Operate manual equipment such as hand jacks and carts to move pallets
Stack, wrap, and stage completed pallets and totes in designated areas
Follow safety procedures when working around conveyors and forklifts
Participate in daily team meetings and workplace stretching routines

You bring:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance or equipment when required
Comfort with repetitive lifting, standing, walking, and bending
Willingness to work in cold environments when handling frozen materials
Attention to detail when cleaning, sorting, and assembling materials
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
Steel-toe footwear and basic safety awareness
