Contract Senior Mineral Land Analyst

Agilus is recruiting for a Contract Senior Mineral Land Analyst in the Oil and Gas Sector in calgary, Alberta. We are seeking a Senior Mineral Land Analyst to play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of mineral land records. This position partners closely with land, technical, and commercial teams to align land data with established standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role is well suited to an experienced land professional who thrives in a detail-driven, collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex land administration challenges. Total rewards:- $60.00 - $80.00 hourly
- 12 months of contract position
- 5 days on / 2 days off

A typical day:- Lead the land expiry process including continuations and notifications.
- Review and align land records with data standards and procedures.
- Interpret and apply Saskatchewan Crown and Freehold regulations.
- Generate complex area land maps and extract data from multiple systems.
- Support Crown posting and land sale activities with negotiators.
- Prepare and submit caveats, withdrawals, discharges, and transfers.
- Contribute to process improvement and procedure development.
Successful candidates will have:- Five to eight years of oil and gas land administration experience.
- Graduation from a recognised land programme or equivalent experience.
- Active membership with LEMAC.
- Strong understanding of Crown and Freehold mineral tenure.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
