Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Contract Fluid Volume Reporting Technician in the Oil & Gas / Energy in Calgary, Alberta.
Join a fast-paced operations data team supporting SAGD assets by ensuring accurate fluid volume reporting across multiple sites. This role focuses on high-volume ticket processing, system data entry, and stakeholder coordination to maintain compliance and reporting integrity while driving continuous process improvements.
Total rewards:

$35.00 - $40.00 hourly
Preferred rates for benefit coverage available
Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay

Exposure to large-scale SAGD operations and reporting systems

A typical day:

Retrieve and organise daily truck and pipeline tickets by company and date
Review and enter high volumes of ticket data into Energy Components
Validate ticket details including source, destination, and completeness
Investigate and resolve missing or inaccurate data using multiple sources
Communicate and troubleshoot discrepancies with internal stakeholders
Compile and reconcile third-party disposal reports against internal records

Successful candidates will have:

Experience with Energy Components and field data capture systems
Working knowledge of SAGD operations and fluid handling processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems
Strong organisational and data accuracy skills
Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting capability
