Agilus is recruiting for a Contract Drilling and Completions Admin in the city of in Calgary, Alberta. Join us as a Drilling & Completions Administrative Technician. Support well operations through data entry, reporting, document control, and cost tracking. Coordinate rig scheduling, vendor management, and HSE compliance. Proficiency in Wellview, OpenInvoice, SAP, and Excel required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills essential. Oil & gas experience preferred. Total rewards:- $30.00 - $35.00 hourly
- Bi Weekly Pay Including 4% vacation pay

A typical day:- Prepare daily drilling/completions reports for internal teams and regulatory compliance
- Enter and maintain drilling and completions data in internal systems.
- Organize and maintain well files, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Process purchase orders and invoices for drilling and completions services.
- Support HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) reporting and compliance tracking.
- Provide administrative support to drilling engineers, completions engineers, and field supervisors
Successful candidates will have:- Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask under tight timelines.
- Wellview and OpenInvoice experience
- Experience with document control systems and electronic filing
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
