Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Contract Digital Enablement and AI Adoption Project Manager in the Information Technology / Digital Transformation / Energy in Calgary, Alberta.
Join a forward-thinking Data & IT team driving enterprise-wide digital transformation and AI adoption. This 12-month contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced Project Manager who excels at stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and technology enablement. You will bridge business and technology teams, lead multiple digital initiatives, and help accelerate the adoption of AI and emerging technologies while delivering measurable business value.
Total rewards:

$90.00 - $110.00 hourly
Work on high-impact digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives
Contribute to enterprise-wide innovation and technology advancement
Partner with senior business leaders and technology stakeholders
Lead strategic projects with visible organizational impact
Influence organizational change and technology adoption strategies
Preferred rates for benefit coverage available
Weekly pay including 4% vacation pay

A typical day:

Champion digital technology and AI adoption across the organization
Develop and execute digital enablement and engagement strategies
Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions
Lead multiple concurrent digital projects and transformation initiatives
Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
Align business requirements with technology delivery teams

Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and business partners

Successful candidates will have:

Hold a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
Possess 10+ years of project delivery, digital transformation, or change leadership experience
Demonstrate success managing complex stakeholder relationships
Lead cross-functional initiatives within large and complex organizations
Apply strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Show experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital enablement programs
Thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and ambiguity
Hold PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications as an asset
